Toxicity test method

Suspension preparation method
10 mg / 50 mg nAg was sonicated in 10 mL/50 mL ultrapure water in a 10 -mL / 50 -mL centrifuge tube in a sonicating cup horn ( sonics & Material, Newtown, CT) at 100 W for 5 min. The samples were stored at room temperature in 10 -mL / 50 -mL centrifuge tubes wrapped in aluminum foil before use within 6 months.
